Cancellation Policy – DS Marketing Agency
You may cancel a scheduled project, service package, or recurring marketing agreement with DS Marketing Agency by providing written notice prior to the start of the scheduled work, campaign launch, or renewal period. Cancellations made after work has begun, or within short notice of a project’s scheduled start, may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement or proposal.
If your access to our services is terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or violation of contractual obligations, refunds or credits for any remaining or unused services will not be issued.
Upon cancellation or termination of services, any related project data or account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to retain or request any relevant documentation — such as invoices, reports, creative deliverables, or marketing summaries — before the cancellation is finalized.
DS Marketing Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing structure at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
