Cancellation Policy – Payhopper

You may cancel your Payhopper service or subscription by providing written notice before the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has begun may not qualify for a refund and could be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or platform terms.

If your access to Payhopper is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.

Upon cancellation or termination, any related account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download or retain any transaction records, reports, or other documentation prior to closing your account.

Payhopper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, feature, or product offering at its discretion, with or without notice. Refunds in such cases will only be provided if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
