Refund Policy – DS Marketing Agency

DS Marketing Agency provides professional marketing, web design, and digital consulting services under agreed service terms. Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, all service fees, project deposits, and consultation charges are non-refundable once work has commenced or access to deliverables has been granted.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@dsmarketingagency.co. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted solely at the discretion of DS Marketing Agency.

DS Marketing Agency reserves the right to adjust service pricing, project fees, or related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. Such changes will apply only to future engagements or billing cycles and will not retroactively affect amounts already invoiced or paid.

In cases where services are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.

Additionally, DS Marketing Agency does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, modifications, or discontinuations of service unless otherwise specified in a formal, written agreement.
